How do I change my e-mail address in my patient account?
If you would like to change your e-mail address in the Outpatient Partner Portal(www.ambulanzpartner.de), please proceed as follows:
- Log in to the portal.
- Open your patient profile (navigation: “Profile” / “Personal data”).
- Enter the new e-mail address there (using the pencil symbol) and save the change.
If you no longer have access to your previous e-mail address or the change is not possible, please contact the Outpatient Partner Support (support@ambulanzpartner.de).
