How do I change my address in the patient account?

If you would like to change your address in the Outpatient Partner Portal(www.ambulanzpartner.de), please proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Open the “Address data” page in your account (navigation: “Profile” > “Personal data” > “Contact” > “Address data”).
  3. Update your address there (using the pencil icon) and save the changes.

If the address cannot be edited in the portal or if you require assistance, please contact the Outpatient Partner Support (support@ambulanzpartner.de).
