Ambulanzpartner is an offer of care coordination and participation in medical research for people with chronic neurological diseases. When registering, coordinators, providers, doctors and research institutions are connected via a digital platform - the Ambulanzpartner care portal.

Registration is possible with or without a personal user account on the Ambulanzpartner care portal. A personal account and the ALS or SMA app provide additional benefits for patients.
