Where can I see my data from the ALS function scale?

Patients can view the results of the ALS function scale in two places:

• In the ALS app: The recorded values and the current progress are displayed directly in the app.
• In the Outpatient Partner Portal: After logging in, the data can also be viewed in the personal patient account in the Outpatient Partner Portal.

This means that those affected can access their documented ALSFRS values at any time both on the app and online in the portal.
