How does the medication supply via the ALS app work?

The reporting of medication requirements is particularly critical and is only suitable for the continuation of existing medications. The notification of medication requirements is checked twice: By the attending physician and the pharmacist at a network pharmacy that specialises in the care of patients with ALS and other neuromuscular diseases. Every supply of aids, nutritional products, or medication requires a medical decision and a prescription or order. The main purpose of the digital care request is to save time and enable the necessary and appropriate care to be obtained from home (without physical contact with an outpatient clinic, pharmacy, or medical supply store). The focus is on arranging care from home.
