How do I upload a document to the patient account?
If you would like to upload a document to your patient account in the Outpatient Partner Portal(www.ambulanzpartner.de), please proceed as follows:
- Log in to the portal.
- Open the “Documents” area.
- Click on “Upload new document”.
- Select the content of the document in the “Select content” menu and confirm the upload. Currently, only files in PDF format can be uploaded.
- After uploading, the document will appear in your document overview.
If the upload does not work or you cannot upload a certain file format, please contact the Outpatient Partner Support (support@ambulanzpartner.de).
