How do I upload a document to the patient account?

If you would like to upload a document to your patient account in the Outpatient Partner Portal(www.ambulanzpartner.de), please proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to the portal.
  2. Open the “Documents” area.
  3. Click on “Upload new document”.
  4. Select the content of the document in the “Select content” menu and confirm the upload. Currently, only files in PDF format can be uploaded.
  5. After uploading, the document will appear in your document overview.

If the upload does not work or you cannot upload a certain file format, please contact the Outpatient Partner Support (support@ambulanzpartner.de).
