Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password for the Outpatient Partner Portal(www.ambulanzpartner.de) or the ALS app, you can reset it yourself at any time:

1. Open the login page in the portal or in the ALS app.
2. Select “Forgot your password?”.
3. Enter the e-mail address with which you are registered.
4. You will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to set a new password.

Please also check your spam/junk folder if the e-mail does not arrive immediately. If you no longer have access to your e-mail address or if you continue to experience problems, please contact the Ambulanzpartner Support (support@ambulanzpartner.de).
