Caring for people with ALS, SMA and other complex neurological diseases is challenging. This is why, in addition to experience and care, care management is needed that closely accompanies the care process and focuses on the individual needs of those affected.
We are very pleased with the positive feedback we have received from those affected by our work. This trust is a valuable confirmation for us and at the same time an incentive to fulfill our high standards of quality and reliability every day.
Before we come to the evaluations, we would like to briefly introduce the team that works in care management and was evaluated: Aysegül Erdem, Umunavihe Haihambo, Katja Werdermann and Diane Wontke.

This value shows that many patients find the care management very helpful and reliable . It is particularly pleasing that the team in the ALS pharmacy program is not only professionally convincing, but is also perceived as trustworthy support in everyday life.
This is how patients rate our care management overall
The care management team also receives very positive feedback overall. In a survey with over 465 participants, a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +58 was achieved. This result shows that many patients also experience our care management as supportive. It is particularly valuable for us that the feedback comes from a large number of participants and therefore reflects a strong picture of satisfaction.

We would like to thank you for your trust and for all the feedback. The good ratings are both recognition and motivation for us.
We will continue to work on improving our care management for people with ALS and SMA: reliable and close to the needs of patients and their relatives.
Yours sincerely
Your APST team
