Forgotten username

If you have forgotten your user name for the Outpatient Partner Portal(www.ambulanzpartner.de) or the ALS app, in most cases a look at our e-mail with the activation link for the portal and the app will help.

If you can no longer find it, proceed as follows:

1. Contact the Outpatient Partner Support (support@ambulanzpartner.de) and state the e-mail address with which you are registered.
2. After a brief check, your user name can be communicated to you again.

For data protection reasons, the user name will only be issued after appropriate verification.
