Ambulanzpartner is a care network for people with neurological diseases and offers coordination of outpatient care with aids and remedies as well as nutritional support and medication. Care is supported by the digital platform “Ambulanzpartner”.
Our care network enables better outpatient care for many people affected by neurological diseases. Our team of patient coordinators are at the heart of the care network. We are looking for reinforcement for the further development of Ambulanzpartner.

Your area of responsibility

• They get in touch with patients and relatives, care partners and medical partners in person, by telephone or e-mail, or receive inquiries and requests.
• You can use the digital platform “Ambulanzpartner” to coordinate and document the care needs of patients and network all partners involved in their care.
• They document and check supply processes.
• You will also be involved in surveys of patients and their relatives.
• You will take on responsible tasks in the area of network management and maintain contact with our supply partners.
