How does the ALS disease progression indicator work?

o use the ALSFRS questionnaire in the ALS app, first register with Ambulanpartner and create a user account on ambulanzpartner.de. Then download the ALS app from your app store to a tablet or smartphone (iOS or Android). Log in to the app using your ambulanzpartner.de username and password. After logging in, you can complete the ALSFRS questionnaire, view your data, and use the progress calculator.
