How does the ALS disease progression indicator work?

To use the ALSFRS questionnaire via the ALS app, you must first register with Ambulanpartner and obtain a user account on the ambulanzpartner.de internet platform. The ALS app can then be easily downloaded from an app store onto a tablet or smartphone (iOS and Android). To use the ALS app, the login details (user name and password) from the ambulanzpartner.de user account are used. After logging into the ALS app, you can answer the ALSFRS questionnaire, view the data and use the progress calculator.
