How does the online FRS function scale work?

The FRS functional scale consists of 15 questions, each with five possible answers. The answers are rated on a point scale from 0 to 4. This results in a total score of between 60 and 0 points, which can be used to assess the status of the disease and the course of the disease (improvement, standstill, deterioration).
