How do I register as a patient with Ambulanzpartner?

Registration with Ambulanzpartner is mainly done online via the registration page: https://www.ambulanzpartner.de/registration/

This is how it works:

1. Select the country in which you would like to use ambulance partners.
2. Open the registration pages and start the registration.
3. Enter your data and give your consent for care, research and data use.
4. Confirm the registration – you will then receive an e-mail with an activation link for your access to the APST care portal and the ALS app.
5. Then set your access data and log in to the ALS app and/or the Outpatient Partner Portal.

If you do not receive an e-mail with the activation link, please check your spamfolder or contact the Ambulanzpartner registration team (registrieren@ambulanzpartner.de).

Alternatively, analog registration is also possible: patients can receive the corresponding registration forms by post from Ambulanzpartner.
