Electronic medication plan with patient participation launched on the AmbulanzPartner care portal

Germany’s first electronic medication plan with patient participation was developed by AmbulanzPartner and is now available to all users of the AmbulanzPartner care portal.

With the medication plan in the Internet-based care file, patients, relatives, carers, doctors and pharmacists now have the opportunity to view, track and print out an overview of current and past medication across all user groups. In conjunction with the electronic medication plan, AmbulanzPartner offers a modern organizational structure that enables the quick and easy supply of medication.

With the electronic medication plan and the specialized care structure, AmbulanzPartner aims to improve drug safety, treatment adherence and the care process in the network.
