AP care research seal for websites of our network partners

For two years now, Ambulanzpartner has been displaying various online patient reviews in anonymized form on its website. The ratings are based on the Net Promoter Score(NPS). After patients have received care, they can submit a rating in their electronic care file using the NPS. The evaluation process is complex but very binding, as only patients who have received real care can participate.


The ratings and diagnoses of the patients treated provide important information about our network partners and their areas of focus. Care partners now have the option of integrating assessment and care data directly on their websites.

AP care research seal‘ developed and tested. The AP seal can be integrated on the website of a network partner and linked to the ratings on Ambulanzpartner.de. The AP seal shows the total number of existing reviews and the number of positive reviews. The number of different diagnoses is also shown as an indicator of the focus of care.
