AmbulanzPartner has integrated evaluation software from the open source developer LimeSurvey into its Internet portal. The use of the evaluation software paves the way for an online patient evaluation of real care with remedies, aids, medication and nursing services.
The aim of the new evaluation function is to learn more from people about their therapies and to gain better insights into the real care processes.
With the online evaluation function, we hope to improve care in the AmbulanzPartner network and enable users to participate more.
The new evaluation function includes:
- The possibility of evaluating each treatment with a remedy, aid, medication or care service according to various criteria.
- Assessments can be carried out directly in the electronic care file in the portal or via an automatic email with a link.
- The ratings are made available to each user individually and are submitted confidentially.
- Reviews can only be viewed individually in the respective electronic care file. Other patients or doctors, therapists and care partners do not have the opportunity to view individual reviews.
- Reviews are analyzed and evaluated by AmbulanzPartner only in anonymized form.
