What is the progression value?

The progression value in the SMA app offers people with SMA the opportunity to classify their own disease progression as improvement, standstill or deterioration. It serves as a guide for those affected as well as their doctors and therapists. The progression value is calculated from the current total FRS value and the total FRS value recorded for the first time.
